IATF16949:2016 Lead Auditor Exemplar Global Certified (TPECS)
This 5-day Training Course is designed to prepare the learner with the skills necessary to lead a successful audit of the organizations IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. In addition, the Exemplar Global AUTO Competency unit includes Core Tools and Customer Specific Requirements. This is accomplished by preparing Lead Auditors with automotive industry examples, including leading an audit team in all phases of an audit that includes plan, prepare, conduct, and report. Four Competency exams are included, which are Exemplar Global (TPECS) Certified

Learning Objectives:
Describe the IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Requirements and their integration within the organizations business processes.
Describe IATF16949:2016 and ISO9000:2015 QMS terms and definitions.
Describe the intent of the requirements and determine the evidence needed to demonstrate conformity to IATF16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 and to the performance of these automotive industry process.
Apply the automotive process approach and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology.
Evaluate documented information required by IATF16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 to establish the interrelationships between the business processes, quality planning, policy, and objectives.
Apply the principles, processes, and methods of automotive process approach auditing.
Demonstrate the activities involved in planning, preparing, conducting, and reporting for an audit.
Determine and apply risk-based thinking to the audit in the context of the auditee’s organizational situation.
Apply effective audit skills and practice personal behaviors necessary for an effective and efficient audit of a Quality Management System.
Prepare the audit report and perform an audit follow-up.
