ISO14001:2015 Lead Auditor Exemplar Global Certified (TPECS)
This 4-day Training Course is designed to prepare the learner with the skills necessary to lead a successful audit of the organizations ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System. This is accomplished by preparing Lead Auditors with several industry examples related to an Environmental Management System that includes significant environmental aspects, compliance obligations, emergency preparedness & response, and leading an audit team in all phases of an audit that includes plan, prepare, conduct, and report.
Three competency exams are included, which are Exemplar Global (TPECS) Certified

Learning Objectives:
Describe the ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) Requirements standard and their integration to the organizations business processes.
Describe ISO14001:2015 EMS terms and definitions.
Describe the intent of the requirements and determine the evidence needed to demonstrate conformity to ISO14001:2015 and to the performance of the process.
Apply the process approach and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology.
Evaluate documented information required by ISO14001:2015 and the interrelationships between the business processes, quality planning, policy, and objectives.
Apply the principles, processes, and methods of process approach auditing.
Demonstrate the activities involved in planning, preparing, conducting, and reporting for an audit.
Determine and apply risk-based thinking to the audit in the context of the auditee’s organizational situation.
Apply effective audit skills and practice personal behaviors necessary for an effective and efficient audit of an Environmental Management System.
Prepare the audit report and perform an audit follow-up.
